Production[]
Sazz Pataki wrote the script for the movie, wanting to start a new career as a writer after many years of stuntwork. However, Rex Bailey stole the only copy of the script and plagiarized it under the name Marshall P. Pope. He later murdered Sazz in the Arconia to prevent her from telling anyone. Bev Melon of Paramount Studios agreed to produce the movie after previously passing on the massive commercial success Barbie. She hired the Cannes-award winning Brothers sisters to direct. During a publicity photoshoot, Rex Bailey shot Galifianakis and Stubbins, seriously injuring them both. Galifianakis quickly recovered, but Stubbins required more serious treatment. Stubbins would later be smothered by Rex in his hospital bed, and Rex would be shot dead by Jan Bellows as revenge for killing Sazz.
