José Torres is a minor character in Season 1 of Only Murders in the Building. He the father of Oscar Torres and the superintendent of the Arconia.
He is portrayed by Anthony Ruiz.

Oscar's Release[]
Shortly after Oscar was released from prison, José opened his door to find Mabel Mora, one of Oscar's friends, there. She told him she was looking for Oscar. José told her Oscar wasn't there and said he wouldn't tell Oscar, Mabel stopped by. He told her not to come by at all anymore, as Oscar needed a fresh start.[1]
Trio's Arrest[]
José stood next to Oscar and watched as Mabel, Charles, and Oliver were arrested after being found with Bunny Folger's dead body.[2]
