Dimas Delis is a chain of delis that appears in Only Murders in the Building. It is owned and run by Teddy Dimas, and was founded by his grandmother Evangelia.
History[]
The Dimas Delis chain was founded by Evangelia Dimas after traveling from Greece to America from the Holocaust. She traded her money for a necklace of gold coins to trade with a soldier and get her on a ship; the soldier let her keep two coins, one to start a new life, and the other just for luck. She used one of the coins to start a small sandwich shop, which later became a family firm deli chain, the Dimas Delis. It is now led by Evangelia's grandson, Teddy Dimas.
