Apartment 14C at the Arconia is the residence of Charles-Haden Savage. He bought the apartment in 1993 and has lived there for 30 years to date.

The apartment features a large kitchen/dining area and a living room, which are connected by an archway. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom and a second living room, that's regularly used by The Trio. In the bathroom is a secret opening, found behind a shelf, which leads into the Arcatacombs.
