Apartment 12E is an apartment on the 12th floor and E-Line of the Arconia in New York. Mabel Mora was living there while renovating it for her aunt, the owner of the apartment. However, after finishing the renovations, she had to find somewhere else to live. From CoBro on, she moved and is living with Theo Dimas at his apartment.

The apartment consists of an open plan of adjoining rooms. When we're first introduced to it, the living-room contained a sofa and Mabel's mural. This led in one direction, to a bedroom, which then led to a bathroom, which was painted pink. Through the grate in the bathroom, there is access to Bunny Folger's apartment (12A), which is next door. In the other direction, the living-room led to what would be the dining-room. On the far wall, was a pair of double doors, which lead to what can be assumed to be the kitchen. The dining-room in another direction, led to the lobby/front-door.
After Mabel's renovations, the layout is exactly the same, just the decoration is different.
