Apartment 10D is an apartment on the 10th floor and the D-line of the Arconia. It is the residence of Oliver Putnam.

The rooms in Oliver's apartment that are seen in the show, are his hallway, living room, dining room and study/office. In a flashback, we also see Will's childhood bedroom. The production designer Curt Beech revealed in an interview that there is a cupboard off the hallway which contains dog outfits themed around various Martin Short films such as the Three Amigos. Unfortunately, this cupboard was never seen in the show.[1] The living room contains a piano, a stage and theatre lighting, where Beech said he imagined late-night impromptu performances at the piano.[2]
