Apartment 10D is an apartment on the 10th floor and the D-line of the Arconia. It is the residence of Oliver Putnam.

The areas in Oliver's apartment seen in the show include his hallway, living room, dining room, and study/office. In a flashback, we also see Will's childhood bedroom. Production designer Curt Beech revealed in an interview that there is a cupboard off the hallway which contains dog outfits themed around various Martin Short films such as the Three Amigos, though this cupboard is never seen in the show.[1] The living room contains a piano, a stage, and theatre lighting, where Beech said he imagined late-night impromptu performances at the piano.[2]
